H Σύλβια και ο Γιώργος έχουν ετοιμάσει ένα ανεξάρτητο μικρό σπιτάκι (bungalow) και ένα studio σε οικογενειακό περιβάλλον,
που μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν μέχρι 3 άτομα το καθένα.
Τόσο το σπιτάκι (45 τμ) όσο και το studio (35 τμ) είναι εξοπλισμένα με κουζίνα, ψυγείο, αυτόνομο θερμοσίφωνα,
aircondition, internet και όλα τα σχετικά. Και τα δύο διαθέτουν εκτός των άλλων δικό τους μπαλκόνι-βεράντα.
Η τοποθεσία αυτών βρίσκεται σε ένα κτήμα 1000τμ με πεύκα στη γύρω περιοχή, με πολλές αυλές που παρέχουν μια άνεση χώρου τόσο για στιγμές χαλάρωσης όσο και διασκέδασης.
Το δεδομένο ότι βρίσκεται μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια, από την παραλία του Ποτού, ενώ παράλληλα μακριά από την κίνηση, τους ήχους των μπαρ, των αυτοκινήτων και του κόσμου
αποτελεί ένα βασικό πλεονέκτημα.
Το bungalow και το studio θα μπορούσαν να χρησιμοποιηθούν και από μεγάλες οικογένειες καθώς μοιράζονται κοινή αυλή.
Επίσης παρέχονται και υπηρεσίες babysitting!

Sylvia and George have built bungalows studios, set in a family environment, which can host 3 people each. Both the little house (45 square metre) and the studio (35 square metre) are equipped with kitchen, fridge, immersion heating system, air-conditioning and Internet. Both have garden patios.
They are situated on a 1000 square metre site, set against a backdrop of forest and mountain. The gardens and patios provide a comfortable area for both relaxation and entertainment.
The fact that it is just within a five-minute walking distance from the beach of Potos whilst at the same time removed from the hustle and bustle of bars and traffic is a major advantage.
The bungalows and studios can also be used by large families, as they share a communal front yard. Baby sitting services are also on offer.
